iOS 16.4+ — Safari required

    Open hoaturnkey.com in Safari

    The app must be installed from Safari — Chrome and Firefox on iOS do not support PWA installation.

    Tap the Share button

    Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (box with an arrow pointing up).

    Tap "Add to Home Screen"

    Scroll down in the share sheet until you see "Add to Home Screen" and tap it.

    Tap "Add"

    Confirm the name (HOA TurnKey) and tap "Add" in the top right. The app icon appears on your home screen.

    Open from Home Screen

    Tap the HOA TurnKey icon. The app opens in full-screen mode — no browser chrome, no address bar.

    Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner of Chrome.

    Select "Add to Home screen" from the menu. You may also see an "Install app" banner at the bottom — tap that instead if it appears.

    Confirm by tapping "Add" in the dialog. The app is installed to your home screen and app drawer.

    Both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge support PWA installation on Windows.

    In Chrome: look for the computer-with-down-arrow icon. In Edge: look for the + icon. Click it to install.

    Or use the browser menu

    In Chrome: click ⋮ → "Save and share" → "Install page as app". In Edge: click … → "Apps" → "Install this site as an app".

    Confirm in the dialog. HOA TurnKey is added to your Windows Start menu and taskbar.

    Open HOA TurnKey like any other Windows application — it runs in its own window with no browser interface.

    Chrome and Edge support PWA installation on macOS. Safari on macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later also supports installation.

    In Chrome: look for the computer-with-down-arrow icon. In Edge: the + icon. In Safari (Sonoma): go to File menu → "Add to Dock".

    Confirm installation in the dialog. The app is added to your Applications folder and Dock.

    Launch from Dock or Applications

    Open HOA TurnKey from your Dock or Applications folder. It runs as a standalone macOS app — no browser required.

Troubleshooting

I don't see "Add to Home Screen" on iPhone.

Make sure you're using Safari, not Chrome or Firefox. On iOS, only Safari supports PWA installation. Open hoaturnkey.com in Safari and try again.

I don't see an install icon in my desktop browser.

Make sure you're using Chrome or Edge (not Firefox or Safari on older macOS). Clear your browser cache and reload the page — the install prompt may not appear if you've previously dismissed it.

The app isn't working offline.

You need to visit the app at least once with an internet connection to enable offline caching. Offline mode provides access to recent sessions — a full internet connection is required for AI responses.

How do I uninstall the app?

iPhone/iPad: press and hold the icon → Remove App. Android: press and hold → Uninstall. Windows: right-click in Start menu → Uninstall. Mac: drag from Applications to Trash.
